We still have space available in our Girls 1-Week Session.

Refund Policy Update:

Please note there has been a change to our camp refund policy.  There will be no refunds of the fees to attend camp once you have completed your application with the exception of proof of illness/injury (Doctors Note) or proof of the need to attend summer school. Due to an exceptionally high number of campers dropping out at the last minute last year we can no longer afford to provide reimbursements to families who sign up in March and then pull out prior to camp starting.  While we attempt to fill the vacated spot with a camper on the waitlist, we were not able to fill all of the vacant spots last year leaving the Club with no choice but to change its refund policy.  Every year we base the number of staff members and counselors, and purchase the program supplies/equipment based upon the number of campers who sign up. When a large number of campers drop out they take a spot away from a camper who truly wants to be at camp and greatly reduces the income necessary to pay staff, etc. and host a successful camp.

Regardless of the reasons for cancellation, there will be a $50 administrative fee for processing, staff time, etc. that will not be refunded even in extenuating circumstances
