These one-day events incorporate a variety of fun, "field day"-style activities. Club members have opportunities to "compete against themselves" by tracking their accomplishments and striving for improvement – helping them build intrinsic motivation, confidence and physical competence. Boys & Girls Club of East Aurora
What our Club Kids, Club Alumni and their parents have to say about BGCEA:
Over the past two years, the Club has been the biggest blessing to my children and myself providing them with a great afterschool program and peace of mind for me that the kids are safe and have strong role models. As a single parent, my oldest daughter was provided scholarships last summer to Ska-No-Ka-San and this year my son is thrilled to be old enough to participate.
- Club Parent (03/2019)
I realize now as an adult that the Club truly had a significant impact on my life. I truly believe that the skills I learned as a Peer Counselor at the Club made me successful in my profession. Thank you for all you've done and continue to do for thousands of kids!
