SCHOOL SNOW DAYS..Now that the snow has finally started to fly, this is a reminder that the Club will open at 1:00 p.m. on school snow days.

WINTER BREAK FIELD TRIPS:
Winter break will be here before you know it. The Club will once again be running daily field trips during break week, February 20-24. You must pre-register for the trips. A registration form and payment will secure your spot. New this year...a trip to the Sky Zone! In order to go to Sky Zone you must also return a completed waiver form. Download Registration Form and Sky Zone Waiver.

AND THE SURVEY SAYS..The Boys & Girls Club of East Aurora is one of a group of Clubs across the nation that is taking part in an annual on-line survey in March of our members 9 & up. The survey will ask members how they feel about the activities and time they spend at the Club and will help make Clubs a better place! All members, ages 9 & up will be asked to take the survey; however, if you do not want your child to participate, you must sign an OPT-OUT form and turn it into the Club before February 15. Copies of the survey are available for review at the Club Mon.-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m.

Softball Pitchers Clinic....For girls, 12 & under; 13 & over. Sunday evenings beginning January 8th. Program fee is $40 and registration is limited to the first 12 girls in each age group. Download registration form by clicking HERE.

Craft Supplies....Our Arts & Crafts program is looking for donations of craft supplies. If you have any yarn, or other supplies you are not using hanging around the house, drop them off at the Club - they will be put to good use!

ATTENTION CLUB ALUMNI.... The Club is now accepting applications for nominees for the Alumni Wall of Fame. Any Club alumnus who was an active Club member and has gone on to demonstrate themselves as outstanding citizens achieving goals as stated in the Club’s Mission Statement with
regard to family, community, career and country is eligible to be considered. To nominate a worthy individual, click HERE to get an nomination form. Complete and submit to the Club via mail or e-mail to gschutrum@bgcea.org by February 1, 2012.

DREAMING OF SUMMER YET?.... The snow has not begun to fly, but the Club is ready to announce the summer 2012 Camp Ska-No-Ka-San schedule. Mark your calendars:
June 25-July 6 - Boys 2-week
July 9-13 - Survivor I
July 16-27 - Girls 2-week
July 30-August 3 - Survivor II
August 6-10 - Peanut Patrol/Ultimate Ivy League
Applications and registration will not be available until March, 2012.

SCHOOL-AGE PROGRAM.... The Club operates a full-day NYS registered child care program year-round. Registration on-going. Download registration forms here: Fall, 2011. Boys & Girls Club members are served on a first-come, first-served basis. The Boys & Girls Club Program is not responsible for maintaining a slot on any particular day for any particular child and has no responsibility for monitoring a child's attendance, arrival and/or departure from the program
