The Boys & Girls Club of E. A. Afterschool Social Rec. Program is a drop-in program and maintains an open door policy (this differs from the School-Age Program). Club members must sign in immediately at the front desk when they arrive, but are allowed to come and go from the Club as they please.
If you do not want your child leaving the Club, please communicate that with them! We highly recommend that you instruct your child that once they have arrived at the Club, they remain at the Club until they are picked up by their parent or guardian.
Picking Up Your Child
No members are allowed to hang out in front of the building. This is strictly enforced. Please do not ask your child to wait for you outside and break this rule. Parents can come inside and have their child paged, ring the door bell on the outside of the building or call the Club once they are outside and we will page your child to leave. The Club closes at 6:00 PM, if you happen to be running late please call the Club at 716-652-4180 and inform us so that we can arrange for a staff member to wait with your child.
The Safety of our members is our number ONE Priority.
The Club is a safe place where children can have fun, make new friends, stay physically active and make social interaction a priority.
Please review the Program Guide with your child and encourage them to participate in the activities that are offered.
