Leave a legacy...
Since 1939, the Boys & Girls Club of East Aurora has provided enriching
and life-changing programs to youth. Our work has been made possible
because of loyal donors like you.
Peter C. West and HK Whitney Heritage Club
Peter C. West and HK Whitney Heritage Club donors ensure that the future needs of East Aurora’s youth are met by including the Boys & Girls Club of EA in their Will or Estate planning. Individuals and families who have shared their intention of leaving a planned gift are recognized as members of our Heritage Club, regardless of the percent of the estate or dollar amount of the planned gift that they are leaving to the Club. Donors who provide a planned gift of more than $10,000 are recognized on the Peter C. West memorial wall on the front of the Club building.
HK Whitney was the Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club of EA for 25 years before he retired in 1981. He was an inspirational leader who influences the lives of every member he came into contact with. He helped set the Club on a course for success, and his impact is still felt today. Peter C. West was an East Aurora graduate, who grew up loving East Aurora and the Club. He was a board member for over 20 years, served as board president, and played a major role in the construction and renovation of the Club facility that we now call home. He passed away in 2003, but his impact on the Club and the members we serve will never be forgotten. Thanks to those who have made a planned gift in memory of HK Whitney or Peter C. West the future generations of youth growing up in East Aurora will have the same opportunities for great programming and services as Witt and Peter provided during their time with us.
