Registration on a first come, first serve basis. ___________________________________________________ Afternoon Social Recreation Program SPOTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE IN SESSION 3 Feb. 22 - April 1, 2021 This is an afternoon Social Recreation Program that is provided at the Club Monday-Friday 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. for grades 2-8. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, members must pre-register for specific days. Enrollment is limited to 75 youth per day filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost for the Program is $7 per day. Family Plans are available for 2 or more children registered at the same time. Scholarships & reduced pricing is available for those who qualify. Virtual Learning opportunity at the Club!!The Boys & Girls Club of East Aurora in conjunction with our licensed Childcare program is continuing to offer full day virtual learning support at the Club for club members and EA students in grades 2-8 beginning 1/4/2021.
*Please note: Some grades/days are full and we have started a waiting list. Once you have submitted your registration, you will be contacted promptly regarding availability on the days you have requested. The Virtual Learning Program is considered essential and will be available to all of our youth members (limited enrollment) regardless of the micro-cluster color designations placed on Erie County or the Town of Aurora. This program begins on 1/4/21, Mon.-Fri. 8:00AM-2:00PM* for MS Students and 3:15PM* for Elementary School Students. You must pre-register to attend this program The Virtual Learning program will continue in some form if schools remain hybrid or if they return to a full virtual model. Fees are based upon family size and income. Free & Reduced Plans, Family Plans with reduced pricing are available. We are happy to work with each family individually to provide a payment plan that makes this program an affordable option. We want to support your child's Virtual Learning and provide this service to our Club families. Please do not hesitate to contact the Club if you have any questions or concerns. *Members who are registered for the Club's afternoon program may remain at the Club until 6:00 PM as long as the color designations for Erie County and the Town of Aurora remain in the orange or yellow designation.
